I have not had any complaints from the numerous clients of mine that he‘s done inspections for. As an added bonus, EHI also does pest inspections, four point inspections, and wind mitigation reports. Above and Beyond the Call of Duty

I have used several home inspectors throughout my twenty plus years of selling real estate here in the Englewood area. If Rob would have been around at the beginning of my career, I am sure I never would have used another. Not only is he very thorough and his reports and pictures very informative, but he also goes "above and beyond the call of duty" in the event we have a special request or timing issue. Since he is certified to do Wood Destroying Organism reports, 4 Point Inspections and Wind Mitigation Reports, it is very convenient for both the buyer and the seller to have all inspections completed at the same time. If I were personally buying a home, I would have Rob inspect it for me!
